JOINING TOGETHER THE COMMERCIAL AND CREATIVE WORLDS
The Clyde& Co Art Award encourages emerging talent in the visual arts by introducing final year art undergraduates to the
corporate sector and showcasing their work. This innovative project aims to ease the transition from art school to the
commercial art world – a stepping stone to a professional career. View art collections from around the world by clicking on

There is much expectation, confusion and consequential exploitation during the first months and years of graduation. For the emerging artist, being involved in a scheme that safely springboards them into the professional world during the transitional phase is a welcomed and valued opportunity for them and the UAL. We want our students to succeed. This project genuinely helps them towards establishment of their identity as an artist. We are thrilled to be part of this project.

"The Clyde & Co Award is a fantastic scheme, I'm not sure I'd be where I am today, a practicing artist, without it. The pro bono legal advice, business mentoring and showcasing and promotion of our works was invaluable. I will never be able to thank Clyde & Co enough for giving me this foothold, a real chance to pursue my passions in art."
